Docketing Clerk
Speaker Law Firm is a boutique law firm that works exclusively on appeals. We need to add a great person to our team in the position of Docketing Clerk. We are a dynamic and growing law firm and a candidate for this position must be smart, hardworking, detail oriented and have a great personality. Thinking-ahead to assist the team to be as productive as possible and caring about the firm’s relationship with our clients is both good business and second nature for the candidate we are seeking.
You should be able to demonstrate good judgment, the ability to prioritize your activities with minimal supervision and coordinate cheerfully with your fellow team members. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
Job Duties:
Relabel and organize client files in SharePoint.
Receive and file all documents in SharePoint.
Request documents from various courts and trial attorneys.
Update global document tracker and Rocket Matter when files requested or received.
Education & Experience Required:
General knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite and ADOBE is required.
Experience in data entry, and spreadsheet software is required.
The ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects.
Must have excellent communication, time-management and organizational skills
